This was a very special wedding for us. We've gotten to know Nick and Joy over the past year here in Lynchburg, and jumped at the opportunity to shoot their wedding this past Fall in Virginia Beach. Nick and I hit it off pretty quick since we both surf, and he being from Huntington Beach, CA. When I found out Joy was from Virginia Beach like me, it made this process that much more exciting to be a part of. It's a real treat when our clients become friends, and I've been looking forward to their wedding for quite awhile.What was even more awesome was the reception venue they booked, used to be a restaurant I worked at when I lived in VB! This restaurant was also the same location where I had a dvd release party for an independent surf film I produced in 2006. Thank you guys for allowing us to be a part of your beautiful inlet wedding.
